4% regular cottage cheese
- Add the basil, parsley, garlic cloves, and lemon juice to the bowl of a food processor and pulse until somewhat smooth (like a coarse pesto).
- Stream in the olive oil while the processor runs until combined.
- Add the cottage cheese to the food processor and pulse again until smooth and fully combined.
- Season with salt and pepper, and adjust seasonings as necessary.
- Serving size: a rounded 1/3 cup
