These little bites are simply adorable and perfect to make for a party. This easy appetizer is reminiscent of Negamaki, Japanese beef and scallion rolls. You can serve them as is or with a soy-based dipping sauce. This recipe can also be made into a more substantial appetizer by skewering 3 pieces of beef and 3 scallions on 6- to 8-inch wooden skewers (keep in mind that this will affect the serving size and nutritional value). For an attractive garnish, slice the dark green parts of the scallions that aren’t used in the recipe and sprinkle them on top of the bites just before serving.
