- To make each drink, pour 30 ml (⅛ cup or 2 Tbsp) of nectar into a champagne flute or other glass; top each with 125 ml (½ cup) of Prosecco.
- To garnish, drop a few raspberries and a mint sprig into each glass; serve immediately.
