Ingredients

Uncooked old fashioned oats

¼ cup(s)

Plain unsweetened almond milk

¼ cup(s)

Plain fat free Greek yogurt

¼ cup(s)

Honey

1 tsp(s)

Ground cinnamon

1 pinch

Fresh blueberries

½ cup(s), (mixed berries)

Sliced almonds

1 tbsp(s), toasted

Instructions

  1. Combine oats, yogurt, milk, honey and cinnamon in a small bowl; spoon into a 9 oz plastic cup. Top cup with berries and almonds; cover with plastic wrap and secure with a rubber band. Chill several hours, or overnight, for oatmeal to soften.
