Plain unsweetened almond milk

Plain fat free Greek yogurt

Honey

Ground cinnamon

Blueberries
½ cup(s)
Sliced almonds

Instructions

Combine oats, yogurt, milk, honey and cinnamon in a small bowl; spoon into a 9 oz plastic cup. Top cup with berries and almonds; cover with plastic wrap and secure with a rubber band. Chill several hours, or overnight, for oatmeal to soften.
