Ingredients

Uncooked cauliflower

1 head(s), medium

Plain unsweetened almond milk

½ cup(s)

Water

¼ cup(s)

All-purpose flour

½ cup(s)

Onion powder

2 tsp(s)

Garlic powder

1½ tsp(s)

Smoked paprika

1 tsp(s)

Dried oregano

½ tsp(s)

Table salt

½ tsp(s)

Black pepper

½ tsp(s)

Honey

½ tsp(s)

Hot sauce

1 tbsp(s)

Salted butter

1 tsp(s)

Instructions

1

In large mixing bowl combine the milk and the water. In another large bowl, combine the dry ingredients and whisk together.

2

Add the dry ingredients into the bowl of the wet ingredients and whisk until you have a smooth batter. Add 1/2 of the cauliflower florets and turn to coat the pieces completely. Transfer to a wire rack or colander to let any excess batter drip off.

3

Add the battered cauliflower to the basket of the air fryer. Cook at 350°F for 15 minutes. Repeat with the remaining cauliflower once the first batch is done cooking.

4

Prepare the sauce while the cauliflower is cooking. In a small pan, melt the butter, hot sauce, and honey. Bring to a boil and quickly remove pan from the heat. Toss the cauliflower with the sauce in a large bowl to coat.
