Notes

Heat oil in a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add garlic and cook until fragrant. Add scallops and cook, turning scallops once, for 3 to 4 minutes. Add potatoes and basil, stir and heat through. Add broth and milk and stir for 2 minutes more to heat through.
