Couscous with Lentils and Vegetables

Heat oil in a medium nonstick skillet over medium-high heat; add garlic and cook, stirring, until lightly browned. Add tomatoes, mushrooms and onions; sauté until tender. Add couscous and lentils to skillet; season to taste and heat through.
