My Go-To Strategy: I lean into zero-point foods but also enjoy what I love like chicken wings and truffle fries. I don't believe in restriction; I believe in balance. Meal prepping is hugeI - always keep boiled eggs in my fridge for grab-and-go. I make movement friction-free; some nights I even sleep in workout shorts so I'm already halfway dressed when I wake up.
