How to Sneak Movement into Your Day

Feel like you have no time for a full workout? Don’t sweat it. You can add activity into the things you’re already doing—no moment or movement is too small.
Try This!

Let’s dive a little deeper…

Despite our best efforts, activity sometimes ends up toward the bottom of our to-do lists. But we’ll let you in on a secret: Movement doesn’t just look like hitting the gym. Yes, even those five extra steps to the furthest register or five minutes of dancing in the kitchen count.
Sure, exercise can sometimes inspire an all-or-nothing mindset: If I can’t work out for 30 minutes or more, I might as well not even bother. But the truth is, some movement is always better than none. And it all adds up to benefit your health and weight-loss journey.
Look for opportunities to move that work with your schedule, no matter how small they seem. The key is making activity doable, so it feels like less of a chore and you’re more likely to keep doing it. When you do get moving, take a minute and congratulate yourself—you’re that much closer to your goals.
