Chances are you might be juggling just a few things these days. Family and friends, work, eating healthy and tracking, and upping your activity game. It’s totally fair if things can feel overwhelming pretty quickly.

And when they do, it’s easy to think that the best way to deal is to just balance it all. This all-or-nothing way of thinking can lead you to believe everything has to be perfect...or it’s just not even worth doing at all. Maybe that means you think you have to follow the WeightWatchers Program to a tee—cooking healthy meals, eating all the non-starchy veggies, chugging tons of water, and working out nonstop—or any progress you make doesn’t count.

Can you say super unrealistic and way more pressure?

When you set those lofty expectations that you might not meet, it can cause your thoughts to spiral, thinking you’ve blown it. Next thing you know, you might be even more off track. It’s no wonder this can leave you worn down both mentally and physically. (Probably not how you want to finish out the year!)
