It looks like we’re unable to charge your credit card

We made an attempt to charge your credit card or the saved payment option on file to renew your current WeightWatchers membership. The transaction was unsuccessful, but this is probably due to outdated account information, like an expired credit card or an old mailing address.

How to fix the problem

Update your Contact and Billing Information.
If you think the transaction failure is not related to your account information, contact your credit card provider to ensure that all your information is correct.

What happens next
We will make another attempt to charge your credit card for your membership. If that is unsuccessful, we’ll send you an email letting you know. If after several tries the transaction does not work, your WeightWatchers membershipwill be cancelled.
