Restaurant guide: Booster Juice
Decoding the menu at this Canadian-born smoothie spot.

Founded in Alberta in 1999, Booster Juice is a Canadian-born brand known for its smoothies and juices, with light snacks available now as well.
With this handy guide, you can easily order off the Booster Juice menu knowing exactly how many Points each item is. You can also find all these items in the WeightWatchers app so you can easily track your order – you can even pre-track before you get there.
Smoothies – Regular Size
The table below shows the Points values of popular smoothies in the regular size, but an easy way to save on Points is to order a snack size instead. Smoothies that are mainly fruit - and veggie-based are lower in points, like the Very Berry and the Tropi-Kale, which are both 9 Points. When you add in things like yogurt, milk or peanut butter, the Points values go up. For example, the Funky Monkey is 16 Points, Bananas-A-Whey is 12, and the Pea (Not) Butter 2.0 is 25 Points.
Juices
When it comes to juices, you’ll notice those made from pressed veggies tend to have a lower Points value, while juices with a higher sugar content, like orange, are a bit higher (9 Points for one of those).
Speciality Shots
Booster Juice also offers wellness juice shots such as wheatgrass and a lemon and ginger combo. Single shots are 0 Points, and doubles are just 1 Point, so you can enjoy these without spending many Points at all.
Eats
If you need a bit more than a smoothie or a juice to tide you over, Booster Juice has a number of snacks and small meal options. For a quick boost of energy, you can try their booster balls, which come in at 5 Points for the chocolate chip and coffee crunch, or 6 for the oatmeal coconut. For something more filling, a wrap with tuna, chicken or steak will count for between 9 and 12 Points, depending on your order. There are also sandwiches for an average 12 Points, and a couple of bowl options as well.
