A Points guide to ordering at Wendy’s
Take the guesswork out of ordering at this popular fast-food joint.

Sometimes in a busy day, fast food is the easiest option. And sometimes, we just have a craving for a Frosty and that’s okay! Nothing is off limits with WeightWatchers, everything is on the table, and it’s all about balance.
To take the guesswork out of ordering at Wendy’s, we’ve got a handy guide listing the Points values of common menu items. For anything not covered here, just do a quick search in your WeightWatchers app for the item so you can find out how many Points it is and easily track it.
Breakfast
The Points values of Wendy’s breakfast items vary, but your lowest-Point option is a Classic Bacon, Egg and Cheese Sandwich. Feel free to ask for no bacon to reduce the Points a little further.
Burgers, Sandwiches, and Wraps
If you’re craving a burger, a Junior will have the fewest Points. Chicken sandwiches and wraps are some other low-Point options.
Salads
Not surprisingly, Wendy’s salads are lower on the Points spectrum, coming in around 13 Points on average.
Snacks and Sides
Low-Point snacks and sides include a small order of fries, chicken nuggets, and a small order of chili. There are lots of options in the menu below, with things like cheese, sour cream, and salad dressing all raising the Points values.
Drinks
The drinks options below feature a lot of added sugar and in some cases dairy, which increase their Points values. Choosing a small size, however, can help keep you within your daily Points budget.
