April is National Move More Month. Originally created by the American Heart Association to encourage people to get healthier, the goal of the month is to get people moving! Whether your goal is getting 10,000 steps a day or 20 minutes of heart pumping aerobic activity a few times a week we’ve rounded up 10 ways to increase your movement in April.

Join the Get moving challenge

Try a challenge, included in your WW app! This month we are focusing on the Get Moving Challenge, which resets each Monday. This challenge encourages members to track a combined 70 active minutes between midnight on Monday and Sunday this week to complete this challenge.

Access Challenges via your WW app. Tap on the hamburger menu (three horizontal lines at the top left corner of My Day) and scroll down to Challenges. Here you will find different tasks to participate in, from tracking to moving more – there is something for everyone.

WalkTalks
