This snack gives you birthday cake vibes but is built on a healthy base of nonfat Greek yogurt, with a small amount of reduced-fat whipped cream cheese for added richness. It’s delicious with fresh fruit and might just encourage you to get more into your diet. Although you can scale the recipe up to make a bigger batch, we don’t recommend it as a make-ahead dish; the sprinkles will bleed their colour too much into the dip.

Ingrédients

Plain fat free Greek yogurt

Whipped cream cheese

1 tbsp(s)

Monk fruit sweetener with erythritol

1½ tsp(s)

Vanilla extract

¼ tsp(s)

Rainbow sprinkles

1½ tsp(s), divided

Unsweetened fresh fruit

1 cup(s)

Instructions

In a small bowl, stir together the yogurt, cream cheese, monk fruit sweetener, and vanilla until smooth. Gently stir in 1 ¼ tsp sprinkles; top the dip with the remaining ¼ tsp sprinkles. Serve with the fruit.
