Look for tofu that has been curded with calcium sulfate


Ingrédients
Firm tofu
12 oz, regular or five-spice, cut into four 1/2-inch slabs
Flour tortilla
4 medium
Tomato
1 medium, chopped
Cucumber
1 medium, peeled, seeded and chopped
Instructions

Spray a large nonstick skillet or grill pan with garlic-flavoured nonstick cooking spray; heat. Cook tofu until browned, about 4 minutes on each side.

Heat tortillas according to package directions. Place tofu in centre of each and sprinkle with tomato and cucumber; roll up burrito-style.
