Cooking spray

¾ cup(s)
Unsweetened cocoa powder
⅔ cup(s)
Baking soda
½ tsp(s)
Reduced-calorie margarine
4 tbsp(s)
Packed brown sugar
¾ cup(s)
Vanilla extract
1 tsp(s)
Egg whites
3 serving(s), large
Dried cranberries
¼ cup(s)
Raw orange peel
¼ cup(s)
Chopped almonds
2 tbsp(s), toasted
Mini marshmallows
1 cup(s)
White chocolate chips
¼ cup(s), finely chopped
Semi-sweet chocolate chips
¼ cup(s), finely chopped
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F. Coat an 8 X 8-inch baking pan with cooking spray.

Whisk together flour, cocoa and baking soda.

Using electric mixer, cream together margarine and brown sugar. Beat in vanilla and egg whites, one at a time. Blend in dry ingredients until smooth.

Stir in cranberries, orange peel, almonds, white and dark chocolate and marshmallows.

Spread batter in prepared baking pan.

Bake until firm in center, about 15 to 18 minutes. Cool completely before cutting into 24 bars.
