Ingrédients
Lettuce
2 leaf/leaves, large, shredded
Fat free flour tortilla
25 gm, soft (1 small tortilla)
Cooked boneless chicken breast with skin
25 gm, cooked, thinly sliced
Cherry tomatoes
1 medium
Black pepper
¼ pinch(es), freshly ground
Fat free Caesar dressing
2 tbsp(s)
Instructions

Place the shredded lettuce on the tortilla, top with the chicken and finish with slices of tomato.

Spoon over the dressing, season and then roll up your tortilla, tucking in the bottom so that you make a little pouch which will stop the filling from falling out!
