Ingredients
Wholemeal tortilla
2 small, (2x40g), wholegrain
Herb and garlic tomato paste
2 tbs
Extra light cheddar cheese
45 g, grated
Red onion
¼ small, thinly sliced
Zucchini
1 large, thinly sliced
Soft goat's cheese
50 g, crumbled
Dried oregano
1 tsp
Fresh basil
2 tbs
Instructions

Preheat oven to 220°C or 200°C fan-forced. Spread tomato paste evenly over tortillas. Top each with grated cheese, sliced onion, zucchini, goat’s cheese and oregano.

Place pizzas on a large baking tray and bake for 10–12 minutes or until bases are crisp and cheese is golden and melted. Cut into quarters and serve sprinkled with basil.
