Wilted kale with chilli, lemon and almonds
fresh red chilli
2 whole, finely chopped
5 clove(s), thinly sliced
4 cup(s), 2 bunches, stems trimmed, leaves chopped
¼ cup(s), (40g) chopped
- Heat a wok over high heat. Heat oil for 30 seconds. Stir-fry chilli, garlic and lemon zest for 1 minute. Add kale and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes or until just wilted.
- Sprinkle with almonds to serve.
