These White Christmas bliss balls are a healthier twist on a Christmas classic. Our recipe uses coconut, cashews and cranberries. Give away or enjoy them all!

Ingredients

Raw cashews

1 cup(s), (150g)

Shredded or desiccated coconut

1 cup(s), (80g)

Maple syrup

1 tbs

Sweetened puffed rice cereal

¼ cup(s), (10g)

Dried cranberries

2 tbs, finely chopped

Shredded or desiccated coconut

1½ tsp, extra

Instructions

  1. Using a food processor, process cashews, coconut, maple syrup and 1 tablespoon water until mixture starts to form a ball. Transfer to a bowl.
  2. Add puffed rice and cranberries. Mix until well combined.
  3. Roll the mixture into 16 balls. Roll balls in extra coconut to coat. Chill until ready to serve. Bring to room temperature to serve.

Notes

TIP: For a chocolate twist, omit the cranberries and add 1 tablespoon of raw cacao powder with the cashews.
