Granulated stevia sweetener
⅓ cup(s), (75g)
Unsweetened almond milk
White self-raising flour
1 cup(s), (150g)
99% fat-free plain yoghurt
1 cup(s), (240g)
- Preheat oven to 180℃ fan bake. To make glaze combine 2 tablespoons stevia and almond milk in a small bowl. Set aside.
- In a large bowl combine flour, remaining stevia, yoghurt, spices and raisins. Spoon mixture evenly into a silicone 6 mould mini loaf tray.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a skewer inserted in the centre comes out clean. Transfer to a wire rack. Brush tops with glaze mixture while still hot.
