Ingredients

Wheat biscuit

2 individual, hi-bran variety

Reduced-fat, mixed berries yoghurt

140 g

Skim milk

¾ cup(s)

Banana

1 small, sliced

Instructions

  1. Place Weet-Bix into a bowl and top milk. Blend remaining milk, banana, yoghurt, and 2 ice cubes until smooth.
  2. Pour into a glass and enjoy with your cereal.
