Watermelon with walnut and feta salsa
450 g, seedless variety
reduced fat feta cheese
100 g, crumbled
2 tbs, finely chopped
⅓ cup(s), (35g), finely chopped
20 g, (1tbs, finely chopped)
- Cut watermelon into ten 1cm-thick wedges. Arrange on a serving platter.
- Combine feta, mint, walnuts, oil and onion in a small bowl. Sprinkle feta mixture over watermelon. Season with pepper to serve.
