Red onion

Walnuts
30 g, (toasted) chopped
Reduced fat feta cheese
60 g, crumbled
Olive oil

Lemon juice

Combine watercress leaves, pear, fennel, red onion, toasted walnuts and feta cheese in a serving bowl.
