Watercress

Fennel

1 small, thinly sliced

Red onion

½ small, thinly sliced

Walnuts

30 g, (toasted) chopped

Reduced fat feta cheese

60 g, crumbled

Olive oil

1 tbs, (extra-virgin)

Lemon juice

Combine watercress leaves, pear, fennel, red onion, toasted walnuts and feta cheese in a serving bowl.

Drizzle with extra-virgin olive oil and lemon juice. Serve.
