This pea and wasabi mash adds a flavour punch to chicken, fish, beef or salmon.
- 2 cup(s) frozen peas, boiled, (240g)
- 5 g wasabi paste, (1/4 tsp)
Cook peas in a saucepan of boiling water for 5 minutes. Drain well. Return to pan. Use a potato masher to mash well.
Stir in wasabi. Season with salt and pepper.
