This pea and wasabi mash adds a flavour punch to chicken, fish, beef or salmon.
Ingredients

frozen green peas

2 cup(s), (240g)

wasabi paste

2 g, (1/4 tsp)

Instructions

  1. Cook peas in a saucepan of boiling water for 5 minutes. Drain well. Return to pan. Use a potato masher to mash well.
  2. Stir in wasabi. Season with salt and pepper.
