Rolled oats, dry
13 g, (2 tbs)
Chia seeds
1 tbs, white
Unsweetened almond milk
1 cup(s), (250ml)
Blackberries
¼ cup(s), (40g)
Fresh strawberries
4 individual, thinly sliced
Flaked almonds
2 tsp, toasted
Sugar-free maple syrup
1 tsp
Instructions

Combine oats, chia and milk in a small saucepan over low heat. Bring to the boil. Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, stirring, for 5 minutes or until thick and creamy.

Arrange blackberries, strawberries and almonds over pudding. Drizzle with syrup to serve.
