Ingredients

lebanese cucumber

1 medium, halved length-ways, deseeded (see tips)

99% fat-free plain yoghurt

200 g

fresh dill

¼ cup(s), finely chopped

garlic

½ clove(s), crushed

lemon juice

1 tbs

olive oil

1 tsp

Instructions

  1. Coarsely grate cucumber. Using clean hands, squeeze out excess moisture and place in a medium bowl.
  2. Add yoghurt, dill, garlic, juice and oil to a bowl with cucumber and stir until well combined. Season with salt and pepper. Serve with WW Veggie Straws.

Notes

TIP: To deseed cucumber, use a small metal spoon to scoop out the seeds and pulp. Store dip in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days.
