300 g, tagliatelle

Lite tuna canned in oil, drained
370 g, (2 x 185g cans)
- Preheat oven to 200°C or 180°C fan-forced. Place tomatoes cut side up on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Lightly spray with oil and season with salt and freshly ground black pepper. Bake for 15 minutes or until soft and cooked.
- Meanwhile, cook pasta in a large pan of boiling salted water following packet instructions. Drain and return to pan.
- Gently toss the tomatoes, garlic and stock through the hot pasta, fold in tuna flakes and serve.
