Tuna steak with white bean and tomato salad

Turn a fresh tuna steak into a filling salad.


Ingredients
Canned cannellini beans, rinsed, drained
1 400g can, (1 x 400g can)
Artichoke hearts, canned, rinsed, drained
6 whole
Cherry tomatoes
150 g, halved
Red onion
1 small, thinly sliced
Rocket
50 g
Fresh oregano
1 tbs
Garlic
1 clove(s), crushed
Red wine vinegar
1 tbs
Olive oil
1 tbs
Raw tuna
640 g, (4x160g steaks)
Oil spray
1 x 3 second spray(s)
Instructions

Combine beans, artichokes, tomatoes, onion, rocket, oregano, garlic, vinegar and oil in a medium bowl.

Lightly spray a large non-stick frying pan with oil and heat over high heat. Season tuna with salt and freshly ground black pepper, cook tuna for 1-2 mins each side or to your liking. Serve with cannellini bean salad.
