Ingredients
Wholemeal tortilla
4 regular, (4 x 48g)
Tuna, canned in springwater, drained
4 95g can
Red onion
20 g, finely chopped
Baby spinach
4½ cup(s), (90g)
Extra light cheddar cheese
1 cup(s), grated, (120g), grated
Red capsicum
1 small, sliced
Sweet chilli sauce
¼ cup(s), (60ml)
Instructions

Preheat sandwich press. Place wholemeal tortillas on a flat surface. Top with tuna, onion, spinach, cheese, capsicum and sweet chilli sauce. Roll tortillas to enclose filling. Toast, seam-side down, for 2–3 minutes until golden and crisp. Serve.
