Tuna, corn and cheese toastie
Canned tuna in springwater, drained
1 95g can, (1 x 95g can), flaked
Canned corn kernels in brine, rinsed, drained
1 125g can, (buy 1 x 125g can)
Fresh flat-leaf parsley
2 tbs, finely chopped
140 g, (4 x 35g slices)
¼ medium, mashed
Extra light cheddar cheese
⅓ cup(s), grated, (30g)
- Place tuna, corn and parsley in a small bowl and season with salt and freshly ground black pepper. Stir to combine.
- Preheat a sandwich press. Spread 2 slices of bread with avocado, then top with tuna mixture and grated cheese. Sandwich with remaining bread slices and cook in sandwich press for 5 minutes or until golden. Serve.
