Tropical fruit salad and limoncello granita

40 ml, (Limoncello)
1 medium, chopped
400 g, (1/2 pineapple), peeled, chopped
2 medium, peeled, chopped
2 individual, (star fruit or carambola), thickly sliced
2 medium, thickly sliced
- Place sugar, limoncello and 3 cups of ice cubes in a food processor or blender and process until ice is crushed. Place granita, uncovered, in a large freezerproof dish in the freezer to firm up for a few minutes.
- Meanwhile, place mango, pineapple, kiwifruit, star fruit, bananas and mint in a large bowl. Toss gently to combine. Serve fruit salad topped with granita.
