Tropical fruit and wine popsicles

For a quick and easy dessert, prepared frozen fruit is genius. Fill your freezer with these popsicles so you can quickly grab and enjoy a sweet treat all year round.


Ingredients
Dry-style white wine
100 ml
Diet lemonade
150 ml, (sugar-free)
Kiwifruit
30 g, chopped
Mango
30 g, fresh, chopped
Pineapple
40 g, fresh, chopped
Instructions

Combine wine and lemonade in a small jug and set aside.

Divide kiwi fruit, mango and pineapple

evenly among 4 x 80ml popsicle moulds. Pour wine mixture over the fruit to fill moulds. Insert

wooden popsicle sticks or cover with lids. Freeze for 5-6 hours, or overnight, until frozen solid.

Carefully release popsicles from moulds to serve.
