Dry rolled oats

Honey

1 tsp

Fresh ginger

2 tsp, finely grated

Almond milk unsweetened

1 cup(s), (250ml)

Banana

1 small, thinly sliced

Passionfruit(s)

1 tbs, pulp

99% fat-free plain yoghurt

1 tbs

Instructions

  1. Place oats, honey, ginger and almond milk in a small saucepan over medium heat. Cook, stirring, for 7-10 minutes or until mixture has thickened. Set aside for 2 minutes.
  2. Serve topped with banana, yoghurt and passionfruit.
