Tomato and sumac salad

A sprinkling of pretty, purple spice sumac adds a tart note to this side, which is a treat for the eyes and the tummy
2 tbs, (red wine)
1 clove(s), crushed
400 g, (red and yellow grape) halved
½ small, thinly sliced
- Whisk red wine vinegar, olive oil, sumac and garlic clove in a small bowl. Combine tomatoes, red onion and mint leaves in a serving bowl. Pour over dressing and toss gently to combine. Serve.
