A sprinkling of pretty, purple spice sumac adds a tart note to this side, which is a treat for the eyes and the tummy


Ingredients
Vinegar
2 tbs, (red wine)
Olive oil
1 tbs
Garlic
1 clove(s), crushed
Tomato(es)
400 g, (red and yellow grape) halved
Red onion
½ small, thinly sliced
Fresh mint
¼ cup(s)
Instructions

Whisk red wine vinegar, olive oil, sumac and garlic clove in a small bowl. Combine tomatoes, red onion and mint leaves in a serving bowl. Pour over dressing and toss gently to combine. Serve.
