Ingredients

Frozen tropical fruit mix

175 g

Banana(s)

1 small, ripe

99% fat-free, plain Greek yoghurt, unsweetened

200 g

Freshly squeezed orange juice

75 ml

Fresh ginger

2 tsp, finely grated

Ground turmeric

1 pinch, (or a fingertip-size piece of peeled fresh turmeric root, finely grated)

Instructions

  1. Blend fruit mix, banana, yoghurt, juice, ginger and turmeric in a blender until smooth. Pour evenly into 2 glasses. Serve.
