This 5 ingredient dessert has beautiful Middle-Eastern flavours of rose pistachio and almonds

Ingredients

Frozen strawberries

100 g

Reduced fat vanilla ice cream

4 scoop(s), small

Natural essence

½ tsp, (rose water)

Pistachios

10 g, chopped

Almond bread

4 individual, (20g), biscuits, to serve

Instructions

Place the strawberries in a food processor and pulse until finely chopped.

Place the ice-cream, strawberry and rose water in a large bowl and stir until combined. Spoon into an airtight container and freeze for 2-3 hours or until firm.

Top with the pistachio and serve with the almond bread biscuits.
