Strawberry, almond and vanilla milkshake

This milkshake has a nuttiness to it thanks to the addition of almond meal.
75 g, or frozen
Vanilla bean extract, alcohol free
- Using a food processor or blender, process milk, strawberries, almond meal and vanilla until thick and creamy. Pour into a chilled serving glass. Serve.
TIP: To hull fresh strawberries, use a small, sharp knife to cut on an angle around the stalk. Wash strawberries just before using.Almond meal is ground almonds and adds a delicious nutty flavour to this shake. Tip: You can use LSA mix (ground linseed, sunflower seed and almond mix) instead of almond meal.
