Apricot
2 individual, halved, stone removed
Maple syrup
2 tbs
Ground cinnamon
¼ tsp
99% fat-free, plain or natural yoghurt, unsweetened
⅓ cup(s), (80g)
Instructions

Preheat a chargrill or barbecue over high heat. Cook fruit, cut side down, for 1 minute each side, or until charred (do not overcook, see tip).

Meanwhile, combine maple syrup and cinnamon in a small bowl.

Drizzle hot fruit with syrup and serve topped with yoghurt.
