fresh green chilli
1 whole, long , deseeded, finely chopped
3 individual, finely chopped
1 medium, diced
2 tbs, chopped
1 medium, or capsicum, cut into sticks to serve
- Mash avocado in a large bowl, keeping some texture. Add chilli, shallot, tomato, coriander and lime juice and stir to combine. Season with salt and pepper. Serve with vegetable sticks.
