Ingredients
Dry pasta
120 g, macaroni
Skim milk
1½ cup(s), (375ml)
Cornflour
1 tbs
Extra light sour cream
¼ cup(s), (60g)
Grated parmesan cheese
⅓ cup(s), (25g)
Frozen corn
1 cup(s), kernels, thawed
Instructions

Cook the pasta in a saucepan of boiling salted water, following packet directions or until al dente. Drain. Return to pan.

Whisk the milk and cornflour in a jug until smooth. Pour milk mixture over pasta. Place over medium heat and cook, stirring, for 2-3 minutes or until thickened. Stir in the sour cream, parmesan and corn. Cook, stirring, for 1 minute or until the parmesan melts and corn is heated through. Top with chives to serve.
