Soy and honey chicken kebabs

Kecap manis - a sweet Indonesian soy sauce - adds flavour and colour to these kebabs.

1 tsp, finely grated
1 tbs, leaves to garnish
- Combine honey, kecap manis, garlic and ginger in a shallow bowl. Add chicken and turn to coat.
- Thread chicken onto 8 wooden skewers. Heat an oil-sprayed chargrill or barbecue over medium-high heat. Chargrill chicken for 3–4 minutes each side or until cooked through.
- Serve chicken kebabs sprinkled with sesame seeds and garnished with coriander.
SERVING SUGGESTION: Steamed green vegetables and steamed rice. TIP: Soak the skewers in water for 10 minutes before using to prevent them from splintering and burning.
