Ingredients
Roasted capsicum, not in oil
990 g, (3 x 330g jars) drained
Olive oil
2 tsp
Smoked paprika
1¼ tsp
Garlic
1 clove(s), chopped
Ground cumin
½ tsp
Fresh oregano
1 tbs, or parsley, chopped
Instructions

Process roasted capsicum, oil, smoked paprika, garlic and cumin in a blender or food processor until smooth. Transfer to a bowl. Sprinkle with fresh oregano or parsley and serve with vegie sticks of choice.
