Ingredients

Avocado

½ small

Lemon juice

2 tsp

Wholemeal English muffin

1 individual, halved, toasted

Smoked salmon

80 g

Ground sumac

¼ tsp

Instructions

Mash avocado and juice in a small bowl. Season with salt and pepper.

Toast muffin halves and spread with avocado mixture. Top with smoked salmon. Sprinkle with sumac to serve.
