Smoked chicken and nectarine salad
99% fat-free plain Greek yoghurt
Whole grain mustard

Smoked skinless 97% fat-free chicken breast
80 g, thinly sliced
1 medium, cut into thin wedges
1 individual, small, thinly sliced
½ stick(s), nly sliced
4 stick(s), (4 pale leaves without stick)
15 g, coarsely chopped
- Combine the yoghurt, mustard and 2 teaspoons of water in a small bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
- Arrange the lettuce, chicken, nectarine, radish and celery in a serving bowl. Sprinkle with the celery leaves and walnut, and drizzle with the dressing.
