Avocado

Lemon juice

Wholegrain bread

1 slice(s), (1 x 35g slice) toasted

Ground sumac

¼ tsp, pinch

Fresh coriander

1 tbs, leaves

Instructions

  1. Mash the avocado and lemon juice in a small bowl. Spread the avocado mixture over the toast, and sprinkle with the sumac and coriander.
