Give your avo on toast a protein boost by topping with an egg and you’ve got a light but satisfying breakfast or lunch to keep you on the go.
Wholemeal sourdough bread
1 slice(s), (1 x 40g slice), toasted
¼ medium, sliced
1 medium, sliced
Dried chilli flakes
1 pinch, optional
- Top toast with avocado slices and gently mash with a fork.
- Arrange sliced egg on top and season with salt and pepper. Serve sprinkled with chilli.
