Make your own nut and seed blend to sprinkle over cereal or salads for an extra boost of fibre and nutrients.


Ingredients
Linseed or flaxseed
⅓ cup(s), (50g)
Walnuts
½ cup(s), (½ cup)
Raw almonds
⅓ cup(s), (55g)
Pumpkin seeds (pepitas)
¼ cup(s), (50g), pepitas
Chia seeds
45 g, (¼ cup)
Instructions

Place linseeds in a spice or coffee grinder and process until crushed but not powdered.

Process nuts in a food processor until chopped (don’t over-process as nuts will turn into a fine meal).

Combine linseed, nuts, pepitas and chia seeds in a bowl.
