Ingredients

Vegemite spread

1 tbs

Reduced-fat puff pastry

1 sheet(s), thawed, (1 x 170g sheet)

Light mozzarella cheese

¼ cup(s), grated, grated, (30g)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C. Line a baking tray with baking paper. Spread Vegemite evenly to coat whole pastry sheet. Sprinkle cheese over the top. Fold pastry in half and press down firmly.
  2. Remove plastic from pastry sheet. Using a pizza cutter, cut pastry crosswise into 18 strips. Working one at a time, twist each strip by holding both ends and twisting pastry in opposite directions.
  3. Bake twist for 15 minutes, turning halfway through, until crisp and golden.

Notes

Cook's Tip: You can also cook these in an air fryer at 180°C for 12 minutes, turning halfway through.
